Q:Bone conduction headphones have absolutely no sound, whether making calls or listening to music, or there is no sound on one side of the earpiece.
A:1. Check the prompt tone. Try adjusting the headphone volume to see if you hear a sound prompt.
① If you hear a prompt tone, continue to the next step.
② If there is no sound on either side or one side of the headphones, it indicates a hardware malfunction in the speaker.
2. Check the audio volume balance settings.
① If there is no sound on one side, check the volume balance settings on your phone.
For iPhone: Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio & Vision to view the Balance settings.
For Android phones: Go to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing to modify the audio balance settings.
(Note: Settings may vary for different Android devices. It is recommended to find the Audio Balance option directly in the Settings menu.)
3. Check the call audio routing settings. If there is no sound on either side, check the call audio routing settings.
For iPhone: Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch and set Call Audio Routing to Bluetooth Headset.
For Android phones: Go to Settings > Bluetooth, find the connected headphones, and under Purpose, ensure that Call and Media Audio are both enabled.

4.Select headphones as audio output.
For iPhone: Swipe down from the top right corner of the screen to enter the Control Center, tap the Audio button, and check if Shokz headphones have been selected correctly.
For Android phones: Go to "Settings" > "Bluetooth", find the connected headphones, and under "Use", ensure that "Call" and "Media Audio" are both enabled. Note: Settings may vary for different Android devices. It is recommended to look for the "Audio Balance" option directly in the "Settings" menu.
For Windows systems: Go to "Settings" > "System", and under "Audio", you can view the output devices.
For Mac users: Go to "System Settings" > "Sound", and under "Output and Input", check and ensure that headphones have been selected.
5.Adjust device volume: Ensure that the volume of your phone/computer is set appropriately.
6. Reset headphones: Sometimes, resetting headphones can solve temporary audio problems. Please refer to the reset instructions in the manual for resetting.
